EasySend is a single web page which allows quick entry of a service request which is then sent to a SmartNet user.
A typical scenario would be a building manager wishing to capture service requests for tenants at multiple premises and pass them on to a control room for action while allowing other parties to view progress.
A tenant creates the request by entering a premises code issued by the manager and entering brief details of the service required. The control room then validates the request, contacts a suitable service provider and arranges a time for the service to be delivered. When the job is complete details are updated and the tenant is notified of the outcome.
Service providers, customers, and managers can track the job by using any of the SmartNet interfaces, e.g. Smart or Sendem.

Setup
SmartNet support staff will set up your EasySend page, which has an address like yourcompany.sendem.com. This page can be tailored to suit your corporate identity.
The addresses of the authorised premises can be bulk loaded by SmartNet Support, or entered by you using one of the standard SmartNet interfaces, e.g. Smart, Sendem, or the SmartNet client.
